أرامكو السعودية تفرض الوزن المثالي معيارا لتوظيف الخريجات

رفضت شركة أرامكو السعودية تعيين عشرات الخريجات المتقدمات لوظائف الشركة لزيادة وزنهن، رغم اجتيازهن المقابلة الشخصية. واشترطت الشركة في قبول المتقدمات للوظائف حيازة وزن مثالي يكون نتاج حساب الوزن بعد طرح رقم مائة من الطول. فيما أكد مصدر في قسم التوظيف بالشركة أن السمنة غير صحية وتسبب السكري وبعض الأمراض المزمنة التي قد تؤثر على الأداء الوظيفي و مستوى إنتاجية الموظف في المستقبل.


هذا وشرعت الشركة في تطبيق معايير التوظيف بصرامة لم تستثن حتى زيادة خمسة كيلو جرامات عن الوزن المثالي، وفقا لتقرير صحافي نشره صحيفة "الوطن" السعودية الخميس 17-7-2008. وشمل رفض التوظيف بعد الفحص الطبي عشرات الخريجات من الحاصلات على بكالوريوس الحاسب الآلي وتخصصات أخرى.

وقالت مجموعة ممن أخفقن في اجتياز الفحص الطبي الصارم إنهن يتمتعن بصحة ولا يعانين من أي مرض باستثناء زيادة طفيفة بالوزن، متسائلات عن علاقة الوزن بالعمل في الشركة.

من جهته، أكد مصدر في قسم التوظيف بالشركة "أن رفض بعض المتقدمات للتوظيف يكون مرجعه عدم اللياقة الطبية"، مضيفا أن مكتب التوظيف يستقبل تقارير مفصلة عن من المستشفى عن كل حالة بعد الفحص الطبي.

وقال إن هناك ثلاث مستويات للرفض، أشدها المستوى الثالث وهو الرفض القاطع كأن تكون تعاني من مرض ما، مبينا أن السمنة تكون في مستوى الرفض الأول أو الثاني لأنها غير صحية وتؤثر على مستوى إنتاجية الموظف في المستقبل.

وأفاد المسؤول في قسم الفحوصات الطبية بمستشفى أرامكو محمد القحطاني أن عدد حالات الرفض لعدم اللياقة الطبية بسبب السمنة للمتقدمات تصل إلى 10 متقدمات من كل 80 متقدمة للوظيفة.

وشدد المسؤول على أهمية الوزن المثالي باعتباره بوابة الصحة ومؤشر اللياقة البدنية في أغلب الأحوال.

ذكرت صحيفة البايس الإسبانية أن واحدة من اشهر ناطحات السحاب التى تشتهر بها مدينة نيويورك، وهو مبنى كرايسلر، أصبح الأن ملك لدولة الأمارات.حيث أشتراه مجلس أبو ظبي للأستثمار بمبلغ 800 مليون دولار أى مل يعادل 511 مليون يورو، حسبما ذكرت مصادر قريبة من المفاوضات.

يبلغ أرتفاع هذا البرج 319 مترا ويقع بالجانب الشرقي من مانهاتن. ويذكر أنه لم يمت أي عامل أثناء تشيد هذا المبنى في عام 1929، ومن أهم ما يميز المبنى هو المسلة الفولاذية فى نهايته، وقد قام بتصميمة "وليام فان آلان" ، وبناه المقاول "ويليام رينولدس" وتم بيعه في وقت لاحق إلى "والتر كرايسلر" كمقر لشركته.

وكان مبنى كرايسلر يعد أطول بناء في العالم، إلا أنه فقد ترتيبه بعد عام واحد فقط من تنصيبه هذا اللقب بعد بناء مبنى إمباير ستيت عام 1931.واتبع المصمم إسلوب فن آرت ديكو وزخرفتة تعد تقليد لإطارات الخارجية للسيارات "الجنوط"التى كانت ستتخدمها سيارات كرايسلر فى ذلك الوقت.

وتعد هذه الصفقة هى ثاني أكبر صفقة عقاريه في نيويورك خلال الأسابيع الأخيرة لصالح أرصده عربية، بعد أن قام صندوق أخر بدبي بشراء غولدمان ساكس المبنى شركة جنرال موتورز.

Your faulty memory won't hold up in court next time some moron comes out of nowhere and hits you, but this will.
The guys who brought us the CarCam Voyager dash-mounted video camera have gone one better and added GPS logging so you not only record what happened, but where and when it happened. Just the thing for convincing your insurance agent you didn't cause the six-car pileup that totaled your Corvette ZR1.
Of course, the CarCam Voyager Pro can be used for more than covering your ass.

The Voyager Pro can record your entire road trip -- or as much of it as the 2-GB SD card will hold, anyway -- and track it all on Google Earth so you don't forget where you found that greasy spoon with the amazing chili or saw the world's largest ball of twine.
It'd be a sweet tool for doing recon on great motorcycling roads, but security is clearly the gadget's selling point. Built-in sensors detect sudden braking, acceleration or other movement and will begin recording 10 seconds before impact. (It stops recording 30 seconds after impact.) "You will never be left wondering 'What happened?' because it will all be caught on tape," the manufacturer claims. Plug the SD card into your computer and the video plays alongside a Google Earth map showing where it was recorded. It's also got a time and date stamp and a record of your speed.
With geotagging and time stamping, the video is probably admissable in court, so make sure you turn it off before making that 130-mph run down Alligator Alley.
